My journey began at IIT Kharagpur, leading to a rich career spanning over 30 years in academia and the global IT industry. I've held leadership roles, managed complex projects, and worked with diverse teams across cultures and continents.
This breadth of experience enables me to understand the unique challenges faced by professionals in various roles and industries.
Due to my unique career journey and passion for people, I was always vested with an additional responsibility of mentoring and inducting people especially younger folks
